I have a picture of my dog that I would like to turn into a painting.

I would love to have a photo turned into a painting using watercolors or pastels.

I would like a hand painted portrait of my late mother-in-law and my 3 month old son to give to my husband. Our anniversary’s 11/11 so I wou
