Diane is such a down-to-earth person to talk with, so this interview was a lot of fun. We talked about nature, acrylic paintings, inspiration, teaching kids, music, and future art retreats! I had an absolutely lovely time doing this interview. You can watch the replay on Youtube:
Diane takes inspiration from not only nature, but from music, writing, and family as well. Her family members were also artists so she was able to learn from them. It’s awesome to carry on artistic skills in the family. Diane has also done after-school art classes and private lessons for kids in the past which was super rewarding for her. There was no pressure on the children to make something beautiful. Diane really feels she has been called to create. She would love to run an art retreat in the future so if you’d love to learn more about that please reach out!
